The RAWS Summer 2025 Program is open to students passionate about health, leadership, and community impact.
Participants will engage in interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and real-world learning โ all designed to build skills that last a lifetime.

๐ฅ Nutrition
Students learn the fundamentals of healthy eating and how nutrition directly impacts physical and mental performance.
Interactive sessions focus on meal planning, healthy choices, and food education made fun and accessible.

Movement is medicine. Students participate in fitness activities that build strength, energy, and confidence โ emphasizing the importance of consistent exercise in everyday life.
๐ฉบ Diabetes Awareness & Prevention
Students receive education around diabetes risks, prevention strategies, and how healthy habits can combat disease.
Our goal is to empower young people to protect their health and become advocates for wellness in their families and communities.

Emotional health matters. Through social-emotional learning activities, reflection exercises, and guided discussions, students develop emotional intelligence, stress management techniques, and leadership mindsets.
